" I recently attended the BARRE NONE retreat in Costa Rica at the Four Seasons Hotel in Papagayo. It was a truly fantastic couple of days spent making new friends, enjoying a beautiful country and amazing resort and lastly but just as important- benefitting from Alexander and Julie’s expertise with both a morning Barre class and evening Restorative class. Our days were filled with health, wellness and good fun! I look forward to doing this again with them but next time I won’t cut my time short by forgetting my passport!!!"
"I just returned from a Barre None retreat and it was magical. Gorgeous location and a relaxed, friendly, easygoing vibe. Alexander is a perfect host as well as an expert teacher who can accommodate everyone from first-timers to the most advanced barre students. New friendships were sparked and old friendships deepened. I generally stay away from fitness retreats but I’m so glad I decided to join this one.
