ABOUT

This 60-minute, low-impact fitness class emphasizes strength, flexibility and balance. Our sequences are made to achieve powerful, overall muscle tone and endurance by incorporating rigorous movements from ballet, yoga, Pilates, weight training and physical therapy.  Each class is creative and fun, using a kick-ass playlist, with plenty of personal attention to each participant.
